Services
7 disciplines, one standard
From a single plot boundary to the point cloud of an entire structure. Every engagement ends in a usable deliverable, not a report.
- 01
Land surveying
The baseline survey for any project: knowing where things are, and at what level. Robotic total station and GNSS, tied to the national coordinate system.
Learn moreDeliverables
- Dimensioned topographic drawing at the required scale
- Digital terrain model and contour lines
- Point register and coordinate file
- Longitudinal and cross sections
When you need it
- Feasibility and preliminary design
- Setting out works on site
- Earthwork volume calculations
- Geometric control during construction
- 02
3D laser scanning and SLAM
Two complementary instruments: the tripod-mounted Trimble SX10 sets the millimetre reference, the wearable NavVis VLX 2 covers the volume on the move. The second is registered to the first.
Learn moreDeliverables
- Georeferenced, colourised point cloud
- Plans, sections and elevations extracted from the cloud
- BIM-ready 3D model
- Immersive walkthrough from panoramic imagery
When you need it
- Façade and heritage building surveys
- Complex interiors and large volumes
- Refurbishment and extension of existing structures
- Compliance checks on completed works
- 03
Drone photogrammetry
Two aircraft depending on the extent: the fixed-wing eBee X for large areas, the Phantom 4 RTK multirotor for constrained sites and close-range detail. Both are adjusted onto ground control points surveyed on site.
Learn moreDeliverables
- High-resolution georeferenced orthophoto
- Digital surface and terrain models
- Point cloud and 3D mesh
- Dated progress records for construction monitoring
When you need it
- Mapping large land holdings
- Monthly construction progress tracking
- Inspection of hard-to-reach structures
- Stockpile and excavation volume calculations
- 04
Land expertise
The firm’s historic core. A boundary only holds if it is established with all parties present, physically marked on the ground, and recognised by the land registry.
Learn moreDeliverables
- Boundary plan and minutes of proceedings
- Physical boundary markers, surveyed and tied in
- Technical file for land registration
- Subdivision or title consolidation plans
When you need it
- Land acquisition or disposal
- Registration of unregistered property
- Subdivision of a title into plots
- Boundary disputes between neighbours
- 05
Roads and utilities
Buried services are expensive to rediscover. We survey what exists, set the profiles, and supply the drawings that avoid reopening the trench.
Learn moreDeliverables
- As-built survey of existing utility networks
- Road longitudinal and cross sections
- Infrastructure construction drawings
- Geometric control and final as-built records
When you need it
- Servicing a new development
- Road resurfacing or widening
- Connection to existing networks
- Handover of infrastructure works
- 06
GIS and web mapping
A survey often ends up in a drawer. Structured into a geographic database and published through a web interface, it becomes a tool your teams open every day.
Learn moreDeliverables
- Structured geographic database
- Online map interface
- Integration of surveys, drawings and orthophotos
- Export to your own tools — GIS, CAD, BIM
When you need it
- Managing a large land portfolio
- Utility network tracking: water, drainage, electricity
- Shared access across several stakeholders
- Making use of an existing body of survey data
- 07
Technical and legal advice
A land file is decided as much by procedure as by measurement. We support the client on both, particularly where Moroccan land law is unfamiliar territory.
Learn moreDeliverables
- Technical note analysing the land situation
- Assistance assembling the application file
- Attendance at meetings and site visits
- Expert technical opinion in disputes
When you need it
- Foreign investors new to Moroccan land law
- Structuring a scheme on a complex site
- Clearing conditions ahead of acquisition
- Technical support in litigation
